And yes, it’s April Fools’ Day… but tomorrow is my birthday, which is absolutely nothing to joke about lol.
So I recorded a short guided meditation for you. It’s simple. Just my voice and a gentle pace to help your body slow down and your mind soften. You can press play, get comfortable, and let it carry you into dreamland.
I know how it feels when you’re tired but your mind is still going, or your body just won’t fully relax. This is for those moments. Something easy you can come back to whenever you need a little help getting there.
