This week was a long one for our family. We spent a lot of time on the road traveling to be together and support one another through a difficult moment, and after a week like that you come home feeling a kind of tired that settles into your whole body.
Today I’m moving a little slower and giving myself a chance to settle back into the rhythm of home. If your week has felt heavy too, I hope today brings you a few quiet moments to breathe, rest, or simply take things at an easier pace.
