Tonight I wanted to share something a little special with you.
Over the past few months, many of you have mentioned listening to Show Up & Glow before bed, using the Cozy Corner as a way to wind down after a long day. So I created this meditation especially for those moments when your body feels ready for sleep, but your mind is still moving.
This session begins by slowing the breath and gently guiding your awareness through the body, allowing each area to soften and release the tension it has been holding throughout the day.
You can follow along with the guidance, or simply listen and allow the words to drift around you as you settle into rest. Some people fall asleep halfway through, others relax deeply and drift off closer to the end. Both experiences are part of the process.
Your body already knows how to fall asleep. Sometimes a calm space and a steady rhythm of breath are all it needs to begin settling into that natural rhythm again.
During this meditation youโll move through a gentle body relaxation followed by a slow countdown that encourages the mind and body to sink deeper into rest. Toward the end, my voice softens so you can continue drifting peacefully into dreamland.
So get comfortable, allow your breathing to settle, and let the heaviness begin to move through your body as the night carries you toward rest. ๐ด
