There’s a kind of tired that doesn’t always look obvious from the outside. The kind where life keeps moving, responsibilities keep stacking up, and you keep doing what needs to be done. You’re still showing up. Still getting through the day. But underneath it all, everything feels a little stretched thin.

This week’s guided meditation was created to give your body and mind a few minutes to soften. It’s the free meditation I share each month, just a little reset we can all come back to when things feel heavy.
When we stay in “push mode” for too long, we almost forget what it feels like to slow down. Rest can start to feel unfamiliar, even when it’s the thing we need most. This meditation is meant to gently bring things back to a steadier place through slow breathing, a simple body scan, and space to let go of tension that’s been quietly building in the background.
Nothing dramatic. Nothing to achieve. Just a chance to let your shoulders drop, take a full breath again, and stop holding everything so tightly for a little while.
