I don’t know about you, but this week has felt… heavy 😔 Like the kind of heavy that sits in your chest and makes everything feel louder than it should. What’s happening in the world right now feels scary… people are hurting, protests are filling the streets, and the tension is thick in the air.
If you’ve been feeling anxious, angry, sad, exhausted, or just plain numb, I want you to know something: you are not alone.
It’s understandable to feel this way. When the world feels unstable, our nervous system goes into overdrive. That doesn’t mean you’re weak - it means you care - and it’s just too much to hold right now 💛
I want to sit beside you for a moment and remind you that your inner world matters too.
Remember you can pause.
Remember you can step away.
Remember to breathe.
Try this with me for a second… inhale slowly through your nose… hold it… exhale through your mouth… now let’s gently do it again…
