I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if your body is tired and your brain is still fully on, you’re not alone.

There’s a specific kind of exhaustion that comes from thinking all day. Planning. Remembering. Replaying. Anticipating. Even when you finally sit down, your mind keeps going like it missed the memo that the workday is over. 😵‍💫

A lot of you shared recently that you’re exhausted but still pushing through, and what stood out to me is how many of us are mentally overloaded more than anything else. It’s not always about needing more sleep. Sometimes it’s that your mind hasn’t had a real pause in weeks.

That’s why this week’s guided meditation is called Letting Go of Mental Overload.

It’s simple and grounding. We start by slowing your breathing together and softening the places that tend to hold tension when you’re thinking too much, like your forehead, your jaw, your shoulders, your chest. Just that alone can shift things more than you expect.

Then we move into a gentle visualization where all those swirling thoughts get set down for a few minutes. They aren’t erased. They aren’t solved. They’re simply allowed to wait. And that’s okay. There’s something surprisingly powerful about realizing you don’t have to hold everything at once.

By the end, the goal isn’t a perfectly quiet mind. It’s space. A little breathing room between you and the noise. A sense that your thoughts can move at a steady pace instead of rushing you forward.

If your brain has been working overtime lately, this meditation is here to help you reset and take back your mental clarity. 😌
